韓國籍學人Heon Joo Jung（鄭憲周）博士於108年01月15日報到，他是韓國延世大學 ( Department of Public Administration, Yonsei University ) 副教授，研究主題為「Taiwan’s Industrial Policy in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution」，研究期間為108年01月至08月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
