義大利籍學人Stefano Pelaggi 博士於108年02月11日報到，他是義大利羅馬大學 ( Sapienza University of Rome ) 副教授，研究主題為「The Taiwanese Catholic Church from the Republic of China to the Process of Democratization」，研究期間為108年02月至12月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣歐洲聯盟中心。
