菲律賓籍學人Jaime Bautista Naval 於108年07月04日報到，他是菲律賓大學迪里曼分校 ( University of the Philippines-Diliman ) 助理教授，研究主題為「Taiwan and the Philippines:South China Sea Policies, Practices and Prospects」，研究期間為108年07月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
