越南籍學人Nguyen, Hoang Anh 博士於108年07月02日報到，她是越南外貿大學 ( Foreign Trade University ) 副教授，研究主題為「The Role of Vietnamese Brides on Their Children Acculturation Process in Taiwan」，研究期間為108年07月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學國際與社會科學學院。
