馬來西亞籍學人廖卓豪 (Zhou Hau Liew) 博士於110年1月13日報到，他是獨立學者，研究主題為「Migrant cartographies: Cold War ROC overseas Chinese policy and Mahua qiaosheng geographies of return」，研究期間為110年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學。
