美國籍學人梁若玲 (Genevieve Leung) 教授於110年5月14日報到，他是舊金山大學副教授，研究主題為「Memes and Milk Tea Alliances: An Investigation of Reframing Geopolitical Discourses of Taiwan and Its Neighbors through Ludic Activism」，研究期間為110年5月至12月。在臺駐點機構為臺北市立大學。
