阿根廷籍學人Jorge Cristian Troisi Melean 教授於111年3月14日報到，他是阿根廷拉普拉塔國立大學教授，研究主題為「Two Miracles on Perspective: Argentina and Taiwan (1949-2001), Lessons for Economic history」，研究期間為111年3月至6月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學拉美研究所。
