澳洲籍學人Riley Philippa Ann女士於103年3月9日至本中心報到，Riley Philippa Ann現為澳洲墨爾本大學博士候選人，其研究主題為Space of the Nation, Soft Power and Cultural Policy in Contemporary Taiwan: A Case Study of Taipei Station as the National Gateway，研究期間為民國103年3至5月。在臺駐點機構為國際臺灣研究中心。
