波蘭籍學人謝佳倫（Jakub Piasecki）先生於104年1月5日報到，他是波蘭卡洛斯羅洛夫研究所（Carlos Roloff Institute）研究員，研究主題為「More Than Friends: Upgrading the EU-Taiwan Friendship Group to Strengthen ROC's Ties with the European Union」，研究期間為104年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學歐洲聯盟中心。
