瑞士籍學人Pascal Abb先生於104年3月9日報到，他是德國GIGA亞洲研究所（Institute of Asian Studies, German Institute of Global and Area Studies）研究員，研究主題為「The Public Eelations of Chinese Foreign Policy Think Tanks」，研究期間為104年3月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
