意大利籍學人陳云（Claudia Zanardi）女士於104年5月7日報到，她是英國倫敦國王學院（King's College London）博士候選人，研究主題為「China’s Approach towards Its Southern Maritime Boundaries through the Lenses of History & the Changing Place of Taiwan」，研究期間為104年5月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院。
