印尼籍學人Senia Febrica博士於104年9月2日報到，她是印尼大學美國研究中心研究員，研究主題為「Taiwan Middle Power Diplomacy and Cooperation to Address Illegal Fishing in Southeast Asia」，研究期間為104年9月至11月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學。
