英國籍學人Joe Burton助理教授於104年11月3日報到，他是紐西蘭威靈頓維多利亞大學助理教授，研究主題為「Cyber Security: Conflict and Cooperation in the Asia Pacific Region」，研究期間為104年10月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
