葡萄牙籍學人Paulo Duarte先生於105年1月4日報到，他是比利時天主教魯汶大學（Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium）博士生，研究主題為「Taiwan and the East China Sea within China's New Maritime Doctrine」，研究期間為105年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所。
