聖露西亞籍學人Denys Springer副教授於5月10日報到，他是聖露西亞西印度群島大學副教授，研究主題為「Has the Culture of the ROC (on Taiwan) and The PRC Changed Significantly since the Civil War」，研究期間為105年4月至10月，在臺駐點機構為中央研究院臺灣歷史研究所。
