荷蘭籍學人Gerrit Van der Wees（韋傑理）先生於1月5日報到，他是美國喬治梅森大學兼任職員，研究主題為「The Dutch History of Taiwan (1624-1662): Different Perspectives and Implications for Current-day Taiwan」，研究期間為106年1月至3月，在臺駐點機構為國立成功大學歷史學系。
