馬來西亞籍學人Chuan Choong Yang（楊傳忠）先生於9月1日報到，他是馬來西亞拉曼大學博士生，研究主題為「Small and Medium Enterprises' Perspectives in Electricity Monitoring Technologies for Energy Efficiency in Industrial Development: Taiwan Case Study」，研究期間為106年9月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立交通大學管理學系。
