Visiting scholar, Hanh Nguyen Phuong has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on June 5, 2026. She is a Vietnamese scholar who is a professor at the National Economics University, Vietnam. Prof. Nguyen Phuong's research period in Taiwan is from June to December, at the Entrepreneurship Center, National Taiwan University. Her research topic is "From Paper to Pixels: The Impact of E-Invoicing Mandate on VAT Compliance in Taiwan".
