馬來西亞籍學人陳丁輝博士於107年04月02日報到，他是獨立學者，研究主題為「The Tongmenghui, Consulate-Generals of the Republic of China, and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce: Impacts on Chinese Society in Singapore (1900–1950)」，研究期間為107年04月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院人文社會科學研究中心。
