菲律賓籍學人Aaron Jed Rabena先生於113年7月2日報到，他是菲律賓大學亞洲中心（Asian Center; Department of National Defense, University of the Philippines, Philippines）資深講師，研究主題為「China’s Rise and Core Interests: A Comparison of China’s Approach to the Taiwan Question and the South China Sea Issue, and Policy Responses of the Philippines and Taiwan」，研究期間為113年7月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
