美國籍學人古舉倫博士於103年5月15日至本中心報到，古舉倫博士現美國Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Hofstra University大學教授，其研究主題為The Status of International Law in the Domestic Law of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China，研究期間為民國103年5至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學法律學系。
