斯洛伐克籍學人杜瑞奇先生於103年7月31日至本中心報到，杜瑞奇先生現為Institute of Asian Studies, Bratislava, Slovakia博士候選人，其研究主題為「What Power Politics? The Nature of Power Relations in the East Asia and the Position of the Republic of China (Taiwan)」，研究期間為民國103年8至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系。
