智利籍學人Valentin Palome教授於104年2月4日報到，他是智利中央大學（Universidad Central de Chile）教授，研究主題為「Higher Education and Economic Development in the Republic of China (Taiwan)」，研究期間為104年2月至4月，在臺駐點機構為國立清華大學經濟學系。
