美國籍學人黃貞琪（Justina Hwang）女士於104年3月9日報到，她是美國布朗大學博士候選人，研究主題為「Cold War Courtships: Authoritarian Anti-Communism, Developmental Diplomacy, and Chinese Communities in Latin America and the Republic of China, 1960-1975」，研究期間為104年3月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學華語文教學研究所。
