巴西籍學人Leandro Bernardes Borges教授於104年3月11日報到，他是巴西戈亞斯州天主教大學（Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Goias）教授，研究主題為「Foreign Trade Policy and Development: Experiences from Brazil and Taiwan after the 1980s」，研究期間為104年至3月至5月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學社會科學學院亞太研究英語博士學位學程。
