英國籍學人邱任丙（Jenping Chiu）博士於104年5月1日報到，他是英國倫敦大學亞非學院（School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London）博士後研究，研究主題為「China and Taiwan: Case study of the Effectiveness of Chinese Governmental Preferential Policies on Taiwanese Investment in China after the 1990s」，研究期間為104年2月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國家圖書館漢學研究中心。
