英國籍學人Nian-tzu Cockel助理教授於104年5月14日報到，她是英國普茲茅斯大學語言及區域研究學院（School of Languages and Area Studies, University of Portsmouth, UK）助理教授，研究主題為「Unrealized Glory of the Nation: Chiang Kai-shek’s Aborted War Planning of Reconquering Mainland China」，研究期間為104年5月，及104年7月至9月，在臺駐點機構為中央研究院臺灣史研究所。
