美國籍學人Chang Hui-Ching 張惠晶教授於104年5月15日報到，她是美國伊利諾大學芝加哥分校副教授，研究主題為「Performing Taiwanese Identities in the New Age:
Lessons from the Sunflower Movement」，研究期間為104年6月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學公共行政學系。
