英國籍學人Edmund Frettingham助理教授於104年5月28日報到，他是荷蘭萊頓大學助理教授，研究主題為「Security and Economic Integration in Taiwan」，研究期間為104年6月至8月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
