波蘭籍學人Tomasz Legiedz助理教授於104年8月11日報到，他是波蘭羅茲大學助理教授，研究主題為「Institutional Obstacles for the Economic Development of the People's Republic of China in the Context of Democratic Reforms in Poland and Taiwan」，研究期間為104年9月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立中山大學政治經濟學系。
