俄羅斯籍學人Evgeny Vakhovskiy先生於1月12日報到，他是俄羅斯國民經濟暨公務訓練大學（Ulyanovsk Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration）研究員，研究主題為「Strengthening of Educational Connections Between Taiwan and the Russian Federation and Their Adaptation to the Modern International Labour Market Trends」，研究期間為105年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為臺灣大學管理學院工商管理學系。
