比利時籍學人Lutgard Lams（藍露潔）副教授於1月15日報到，她是比利時天主教魯汶大學副教授，研究主題為「Discursive Analysis of Campaign Rhetoric for the 2016 R.O.C. Presidental Elections」，研究期間為105年1月至3月，在臺駐點機構為中山大學政治學研究所。
