摩爾多瓦籍學人Marandici Ion先生於1月20日報到，他是美國羅格斯大學（Rutgers University）博士候選人，研究主題為「The New Wealthy Elites and the Chinese Communist Party: A Permanent Nexus?」，研究期間為105年1月至6月，在臺駐點機構為臺灣大學國家發展研究所。
