巴西籍學人Adriano Pires de Almeida助理教授於1月27日報到，他是巴西戈亞斯州天主教大學（Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Goias）助理教授，研究主題為「Energy Policy and Development: Experiences from Brazil's Renewable-Green Energy Policy and Taiwan's Sustainable Energy Policy」，研究期間為105年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為政治大學國際關係研究中心。
