巴西籍學人Pedro Pietrafesa副教授於2月16日報到，他是巴西戈亞斯州天主教大學（Pontifical Catholic University of Goias）副教授，研究主題為「The Recent Taiwan Cross-Strait Policy, Its Impacts on Taiwan Economy and Perspectives for 2016 and Beyond」，研究期間為105年2月至7月，在臺駐點機構為臺灣大學政治學系。
