美國籍學人Thomas De Luca教授於5月11日報到，他是美國福坦莫大學教授，研究主題為「Chinese and American Exceptionalism: Perspectives from Taiwan」，研究期間為105年6月至8月，在臺駐點機構為臺灣大學政治系。
