美國籍學人Thomas Ward教授於8月2日報到，他是美國橋港大學教授，研究主題為「The Unsettled Question of the Comfort Women in Korea-Japan Relations and the Role of Taiwan in the Resolution of this Crisis」，研究期間為105年7月至8月、9月至11月，在臺駐點機構為中央研究院近代史研究所。
