美國籍學人William Cheng（鄭義為）副教授於8月30日報到，他是美國特洛伊大學副教授，研究主題為「Beijing's New Economic Initiatives and Taipei's Options Through the Lens in Washington」，研究期間為105年9月至11月，在臺駐點機構為財團法人中華經濟研究院。
