印度籍學人沙海麗(Saheli Chattaraj)副教授於10月7日報到，她是印度國立伊斯蘭大學助理教授，研究主題為「India and Taiwan in the New Era: Strengthening Mutual Engagement」，研究期間為105年10月至12月，在臺駐點機構為中興大學國際政治研究所。
