加拿大籍學人羅海(Luo Hai)博士於107年01月08日報到，她是加拿大溫尼托巴大學 (University of Manitoba)的助理教授，研究主題為「Perceptions and Practice of Active Aging in Indigenous Cultures in Contemporary Taiwan」，研究期間為107年01月至07月。在臺駐點機構為屏東科技大學社會工作系。
