英國籍學人Alex Grainger博士於107年01月10日報到。他是英國肯特大學(University of Kent)的博士後研究員，研究主題為「Creating markets for the ‘mega-project’: an economic-sociological approach to rail transport, Chinese investment and land acquisition in Indonesia」，研究期間為107年01月至03月於中央研究院人文社會科學研究中心(RCHSS)。
