瑞典籍學人馬瑮(Svensson Ma-Li Marie)博士於107年01月10日報到。她是VIA大學/北歐女子大學/雅典教育研究所的研究員，研究的主題包含：
「1. Comparative Studies of PISA - an STS approach」
「2. Wang Zhenyi RevisitedTaiwan: Formation of National Identity and Its Effect on Political Engagement」
她的研究期間為107年01月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學歷史學系。
