韓國籍學人裴英子(Young Ja, Bae)博士於107年01月30日報到。她是韓國建國大學(Konkuk University)的教授，研究主題是「Innovation and Technology Upgrading of Taiwanese and Korean Firms in Semiconductor Industry」，研究期間為107年01月至03月，她在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
