聖文森及格瑞那丁籍學人Paul Lewis教授於107年02月23日報到，他是聖文森西印度群島大學（University of West Indies）的教授，研究主題為「The Role of Economic Development and Political Liberalization in the evolution towards a Taiwanese Identity, including that amongst Aboriginal Peoples.」，研究期間為107年02月至12月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學拉丁美洲研究所。
