瓜地馬拉籍學人Leonel Monterroso（萊奧耐）教授於107年02月27日報到，他是瓜地馬拉聖卡洛斯大學（University of San Carlos of Guatemala）的教授，研究主題為「Teaching Language, Culture and the Society of Taiwan: Means to Foster Ties of Cooperation Between Guatemala and Taiwan」，研究期間為107年03月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學語言學研究所。
