保加利亞籍學人Ivaylo Gatev博士於107年03月30日報到，他是諾丁漢大學寧波校區（University of Nottingham Ningbo China）的教授，研究主題為「China-Europe Transport Connectivity: An Infrastructural Ethnography of the Eurasian Land Bridge」，研究期間為107年03月至12月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣歐洲聯盟中心。
