澳大利亞籍學人Christopher Roberts博士於107年04月03日報到，他是澳大利亞國防大學（UNSW Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy）的副教授，研究主題為「The ‘New Southbound Policy’: The Importance of Strengthening Regional Relations amidst Beijing’s Rising Assertiveness 」，研究期間為107年04月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
