英國籍學人Rudolph Ng博士於107年04月09日報到，他是英國倫敦大學伯貝克學院（Birkbeck, University of London）的講師，研究主題為「Entre Dos Mundos: The History of the Chinese Diaspora in Latin America」，研究期間為107年04月至08月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院。
