印尼籍學人Radityo Dharmaputra教授於107年05月08日報到，他是印尼愛爾朗加大學的助理教授，研究主題為「In the Shadow of China: Understanding Russo-Taiwan Relationship after the Russian Pivot to Asia in 2012」，研究期間為107年05月至08月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學俄羅斯研究所。
