奧地利籍學人Agnes Schick-Chen（石安娜）博士於107年07月03日報到，她是奧地利維也納大學(University of Vienna) 副教授，研究主題為「The Narrativity of Justice and Judicial Identities in Taiwan: Stories of Judges in Transition」，研究期間為107年07月至09月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學基礎法學研究中心。
